Reuben Katako
General Manager - People and Operations
Reuben has over a decade of experience in HR and operations, working in diverse industries such as mining, plastics and garment manufacturing. He has supported both large- and small-scale organizations in developing policies, procedures and career plans for people. Reuben has developed strategies for diversity and inclusion at work and is passionate about women empowerment and gender equity. Reuben is now looking forward to helping others replicate our Model Factory in Ghana and the wider region.
Muzammal Mughal
General Manager - Production
Muzammal has 15 years of professional experience both in Pakistan and Africa in technical roles such as Industrial Engineer, Planning and Vocational Trainer. He has worked on products for Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Converse, C&A and The Children's Place. He is also an GSD (General Sewing Data) Practitioner. Muzammal is passionate about building local skills teams and supporting the growth of a new garment industry in West Africa combining ethical practices and high efficiency. He is now working as the General Manager (Production) at Maagrace.
Sherlock Perera
Quality Manager
Sherlock brings more than 35 years of experience in large scale garments manufacturing environments. He is an expert in quality management systems from cutting to dispatch with minimum rework and rejection cost. Sherlock has worked in Sri Lanka, the UAE, India, Myanmar, Bangladesh and China before working in West Africa. Sherlock is passionate about improving quality procedures and building his teams’ skill set.
Josephine Kendi
Cutting Manager
Kendi has 10 years of experience in handling garments in East and West Africa She has worked in different departments handling various managerial roles in cutting department, marker and lay planning, Industrial engineering, Production and Finishing. She has a talent in creating strong teams that have grown over time.
David Amon
Planning Manager
David has more than 10 years of professional experience. He started his career in the finance and microfinance sector in M&E and data analysis roles before shifting to the garment industry. He has specialized in production planning and monitoring. David is responsible for the planning of the overall production and is liaising with the merchandising, warehouse, cutting, production, quality and finishing departments to ensure on time delivery.
Evans Siaw Dankyi
Senior Finance Manager
Evans is an accredited Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Evans has nearly 10 years of experience in financial reporting, internal auditing, management accounting, local and international taxation, data analytics, and financial management. Evans’ proficiency in analysis and problem-solving enables him to drive process improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Antwi Agyei Boakye
Maintenance Manager
Antwi has more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and process industry (food, timber and wood, plastic and packaging and garment). He has acquired expertise over the years in machine installation, operating and maintenance. Antwi is in charge of all maintenance and building projects from solar system to refurbishing containers and innovative projects. Antwi is as visionary as pragmatic, which makes every single project a reality.
Senanu Anku
Compliance Manager
Senanu started his career as an engineer in harbor, leading operations and health and safety on boats. He was also in charge of cargo discharge, shipment loading, technical advisory for cars and trucks damages claiming processes. Senanu holds an ISO certification MEM along with certificates in fire safety, H&S, First aid among others. As Compliance Manager, Senanu is passionate about designing, monitoring sustainable projects implemented hand in hand with the workers themselves.
Rendage Ramyalatha (Ramya)
Technician
Ramya brings more than two decades of hand on experience in production. Ramya started her career as a Machine Operator before being promoted to supervision roles.. She has trained hundred of workers in a multitude of products ensuring to transfer her skills on multitude operations and machines. Ramya is in charge of supporting Maagrace workers on new products and multiskilling training.
Ranaweera Samarasinghe
Head of Mechanic
Ranaweera brings 20 years of experience in mechanics and maintenance in factories based in Sri Lanka, Jordan, East and West Africa. Rana is passionate about finding solutions to any technical problems and upgrading the skills of his local team.
Babu Sivajirao
Sewing Technician
Babu has more than 2 decades of technical experience in the apparel industry. He worked in pattern and sample making, production management in India, Mauritius, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Kenya. Babu is really excited to transfer his technical skills to Maagrace operators and help them to achieve excellence day after day.

Raphael Dzivenu
Warehouse Manager
Raphael brings more than 7 years of experience in procurement and warehouse management. He has worked in the industry across various sectors such as oil refinery, pharmaceutical and garment. Raphael is passionate about building his team’s skills and embracing innovative tools to enhance our inventory and stock management and ensure smooth raw materials delivery.
Murali Kandregula
Technician
Murali brings nearly 10 years of experience and expertise in cutting. He has worked in India and Jordan for companies such as Brandix, Young Brand Apparel Pvt, United Creation LLC. Murali is very strong in problem solving and building teams that can effectively communicate and work together across all departments.
Ranaweera Samarasinghe
