Muzammal Mughal
Technical Director
Muzammal brings over 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, industrial engineering and production management across Pakistan, Kenya, Ghana and Tanzania, working for prestigious brands such as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Converse, George (ASDA) and MAS Holdings (Walmart). Muzammal is responsible for the overall factory operations at EAA partner factories, from warehouse to shipment. Muzammal is passionate about building high-performing teams and finds great satisfaction in implementing lean manufacturing systems that drive efficiency and deliver consistent on-time results.
Esther Agyemang
Head of HR & Compliance
Esther brings more than 16 years of HR and administrative experience across Ghana, having held senior HR roles at AO Holdings, Digitallmall Development, Atala Limited, and Kinapharma. She specialises in talent management, performance systems, recruitment, succession planning, and compliance with the Ghana Labour Act. Esther holds an MBA in HR Management from GIMPA and is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM). She is passionate about building fair, transparent HR systems that grow people alongside the business.
Ranjith Vijayakumar
Deputy GM & IE Manager
Ranjith brings over 15 years of experience in industrial engineering and planning accross India, Lesotho, South Africa and Uganda working for prestigious brands sich as Levi's, Forever 21, Otto, Jack & Jones, H&M, A&F. Ranjith is responsible for the successful implementation of lean manufacturing principles at EAA partner factories. Ranjith finds incredibly fulfilling to transfer skills and help the team to optimize resources thanks to innovative engineering tools.
Ernest Amponsah
Finance Manager
Ernest is a detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing, and statutory compliance. Currently pursuing an MSc in Accounting and ICAG Level II, with a strong academic foundation and practical exposure from roles in finance, internal audit, and public sector service. Ernest is now leading the finance department at Maagrace.
Madhesh Subramaniam
Quality Manager
Madhesh brings 20 years of experience in large scale garments manufacturing environments at leadership positions accross India and Kenya. He is an expert in quality management systems from product development to to dispatch with minimum rework and rejection cost. Madhesh is passionate about people's growth and quality rigourous systems creation. He is responsible for the whole quality department at Maagrace.​​​
Josephine Kendi
Cutting Manager
Kendi has 10 years of experience in handling garments in East and West Africa She has worked in different departments handling various managerial roles in cutting department, marker and lay planning, Industrial engineering, Production and Finishing. She has a talent in creating strong teams that have grown over time.

David Amon
Planning Manager
David has more than 10 years of professional experience. He started his career in the finance and microfinance sector in M&E and data analysis roles before shifting to the garment industry. He has specialized in production planning and monitoring. David is responsible for the planning of the overall production and is liaising with the merchandising, warehouse, cutting, production, quality and finishing departments to ensure on time delivery. ​​​
Antwi Agyei Boakye
Maintenance Manager
Antwi has more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and process industry (food, timber and wood, plastic and packaging and garment). He has acquired expertise over the years in machine installation, operating and maintenance. Antwi is in charge of all maintenance and building projects from solar system to refurbishing containers and innovative projects. Antwi is as visionary as pragmatic, which makes every single project a reality.

Sakthi Venkatrama
Production Manager
Sakthi brings over 18 years in the garments industry, specializing in both knitted and woven production from India, Madagascar and Uganda. Sakthi brings expertise in operations excellence, lean manufacturing, production planning, and cost control. He is passionate about operational excellence, leadership skill transfer.

Raphael Dzivenu
Warehouse Manager
Raphael brings more than 7 years of experience in procurement and warehouse management. He has worked in the industry across various sectors such as oil refinery, pharmaceutical and garment. Raphael is passionate about building his team’s skills and embracing innovative tools to enhance our inventory and stock management and ensure smooth raw materials delivery.

Gabriel Larbi
IT and Systems Manager
Gabi brings over 6 years of experience in IT systems management and software development at MaaGrace, where he has grown from Assistant IT Manager to Systems & IT Manager. Gabi is responsible for designing and developing in-house applications, managing servers, databases and network infrastructure, and overseeing label design, barcode and embroidery systems. Gabi is passionate about building efficient digital solutions that support factory operations and drive continuous improvement across departments.
Charles Delon Osei Boakye
Outbound Warehouse Manager
Charles brings over 16 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management and warehouse operations across industries including oil and gas, mining, FMCG and shipping, working with organisations such as COSCO Shipping, Tullow Oil, Nestlé, Newmont and MTN. Charles holds an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Charles is passionate about optimising warehouse processes and driving operational efficiency to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Mayuri Balasooriya
Sewing Technician
Mayuri brings more than two decades of hand on experience in production including working for MAS and Brandix. Ramya started her career as a Line Supervisor before being promoted to supervision roles accross Sri lanka and India.She has trained hundred of workers in a multitude of products ensuring to transfer her skills on multitude operations and machines. Mayuri trains workers on new products and multiskilling training.

Sewing Technician
Babu has more than 2 decades of technical experience in the apparel industry. He worked in pattern and sample making, production management in India, Mauritius, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Kenya. Babu is really excited to transfer his technical skills to Maagrace operators and help them to achieve excellence day after day.

Sewing Technician
Emelie brings over 20 years in sewing production, technical support, and team management across Madagascar, Kenya, South Africa. Emelie has held key roles such as sewing technician, line manager, and training manager in companies like Ashton Group, AMSCAN, and Glory International. Emelie holds a Bachelor's in Management from Institut Catholique de Madagascar, with additional certifications in entrepreneurship among others.
Alex Baah
Compliance Assistant Manager
Alex is a dedicated Health and Safety Officer skilled in OSHA and ISO 45001 compliance, risk assessments, and employee training. Alex is passionate about fostering a strong safety culture through audits, safety awareness, and emergency preparedness. Alex is currently pursuing NEBOSH certification to further enhance expertise in occupational health and safety management.
Murali Kandregula
Cutting Supervisor
Murali brings nearly 10 years of experience and expertise in cutting. He has worked in India and Jordan for companies such as Brandix, Young Brand Apparel Pvt, United Creation LLC. Murali is very strong in problem solving and building teams that can effectively communicate and work together across all departments.
Manju Erappa
Mechanic in Charge
Manju brings over 25 years of experience in industrial sewing machine maintenance across India, Kenya, and Cambodia. He has deep expertise in setting up new production lines, training mechanics, and ensuring smooth operation of all equipment. Committed to upskilling the local maintenance team and transferring technical knowledge, Manju plays a key role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production.
